ERROR [PoolTcpEndpoint] Remote Host...

As I am new to this forum, I'm not really sure if this is the proper place to post this question / problem - please correct me if I'm in the wrong place :)
I've been getting an error in the wrapper.log file when undeploying the service while doing rutine backup and maintenance.
The error has no 'real' consequence, but it sets off an alarm in our tivoli surveillance system causing more fuss than needed whenever closing down the server.
the following is taken from the wrapper.log stating the exception:
