Apache/Tomcat integration problem. 503 Service Temporarily U

I have followed the steps provided in the following link to integrate my Apache 2.0.54 server with JBoss 4.0.4.

When I try to use the URL http://localhost/web-console, I have the message "Service Temporarily Unavailable". Please note that, I am running the web server( port 80) and the JBoss server(port 8080) on the same Linux box (Fedora Core 4).

I see some connection failure messages in the mod_jk log file:

Is the AJP Connector uncommented in server.xml? I just noticed that wasn't mentioned in the wiki page. (It is now.)

Looks like the AJP connector info is already uncommented. Here it is in the <JBOSS_HOME>/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/server.xml file:

Unable to post the <Connector... from the server.xml file. Anyway, it is uncommented as per the twiki page instruction. Still not working...
