same class in two different context

I have two classes with same name deployed in individually deployed in two different war files in jboss4.0.2 in linux server.
But only one class functionalities effecting in two web applications ....why..

any suggestions

Do you get any Exception?
You can also check if you have the same configuration in jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml in Windows and Linux
