SingleSignOn don't work reliable

Hello,

I'm using an extension found in
http://jboss.org/forums/thread.jsp?forum=49&thread=8141
with JBoss 2.4.4 with integrated Tomcat 4.0.1

It works fine for me (thanks to the contributors), but sometimes (not reconstructable) it shows a strange behaviour:
when I include in webapp1 some static content from webapp2 some (not all) fail - a simple reload (sometimes two) of the page and everything works fine again

Any clue?
