In weblogic, AuthFilterImpl is called via a RequestDispatcher.include() from inside the servlet engine just before Authentication and Authorization and just after.

Could any one tell me Jboss has got a similar interface?

No. You would have to customize the associated authentictor. For example, org.apache.catalina.authenticator.FormAuthenticator if your using FORM authentication.
