Digest Authentication with JBOSS

Hi all,

I am learning to use JBOSS for deploying secured web application. I was able to successfully do with basic authentication by providing a users.properties and roles.properties file. I do want to try out how to use DIGEST authentication. Can anyone tell me the steps to achieve this using JBOSS?

I did visit the url you had mentioned and found that it is for 4.0.4, but I am using 4.0.2. Are the steps the same for 4.0.2 version also since i was unable to locate RFC2617Digest.

No, since it says 4.0.4, that is the first version that supports it.
