Problem with the JAAS howto

I have problems when I try to build my howto example

BUILD FAILED
C:\Documents and Settings\Kristoffer\My Documents\utveckling\Jaas\jaashowto-32x\jaashowto\example\build.xml:37: jboss.dist=C:\jboss-4.2.1.GA\server\default\deploy is not a valid JBoss dist directory

Total time: 453 milliseconds

I have C:\jboss-4.2.1.GA\ as my jboss map and I have change the settings in build.xml to :

why does the build fail?

the change in the build.xml is:

property name="jboss.dist" value="C:/jboss-4.2.1.GA"
