jbossmq.xml missing from 2.4.1

the xml is missing, I grabbed it from my 2.4.0 distribution. It looks like the user part is now separate from the jbossmq.xml. Is there a mistake or changes, or a mistake and changes????

Everything from the old jbossmq.xml (except the user config) has been moved to jboss.jcml.
