Durable topic problem

I'm using jboss2.4.4-Tomcat 3.2.3. When I create a durable topic, I can only subscribe, but not publish. My publish connection give me "can not get client Id exception".
Then I try the DurableTopic example JBoss provided, it works fine for the same connection. If I modify the code to two different connections, it give the same exception.
Any suggestion?

Yup, your are probaly trying to login in the "publishing" connection with the same userid as you do in the subscribing connection - which is not at al needed - there is no such thing asa durable publisher.
