1. Re: new problem with RMIConnectionFactory
adrian.brock Feb 2, 2002 11:54 AM (in response to ppetit)It sounds like you are using 2.4 classes on the
client and 3.0 classes on the server.
In this case local=client

2. Re: new problem with RMIConnectionFactory
ppetit Feb 4, 2002 5:13 AM (in response to ppetit)sorry... I don't understand...
my client is a remote swing app that makes a jndi lookUp on RMIConnectionFactory layer...
where is the diff between 2.4 classes and 3.0 ?
I add this code was perfectly running with a 3.0 alpha (I don't know the build number) and I downloaded a fresher 3.0 alpha build, and it doesn' work anymore since this knew 3.0 alpha...
so... what has been changed ? -
3. Re: new problem with RMIConnectionFactory
ppetit Feb 4, 2002 12:05 PM (in response to ppetit)I rebuilt all my packages : my MDB package and the client side and redeployed... but it's not working best, I still have the same issue with the RMIConnectionFactory.

4. Re: new problem with RMIConnectionFactory
hchirino Feb 5, 2002 12:45 AM (in response to ppetit)the jbossmq-client.jar that is in the client's classpath needs to be the same that is in the server's /client directory.
