I configured it so in the jbossmq:
guest
guest
and in the ejb-jar the same for the coresponding mbean, with guest-guest for <mdb-user> and <mdb-passwd>.
Do you have a hint? -

what did I miss? in the jbossmq, in the InvocationLayer tag there is:
XAQueueConnectionFactory
