Can topic consumers be monitored for security reason?

Hi,

Is there any way for a topic publisher to monitor or control who received messages? I am thinking about the security aspect of messages published to a topic. Any topic consumer that listens to a topic can get messages sent to that topic, it may be a security problem sometimes. Can such a security check be done programmatically or by configuration?

With JBoss 3.0 role based security can be assigned to topics such that you can restrict who can read,write, or create durable subscriptions.
