Deliver message more than one

Hi,
I have a durable subscriber which receives messages form a topic.
I want to be able to disconnect and connect to JMS and receive all messages that were published today.
JMS delivers messages only once right ?
So is there anyway that I can make it deliver all the messages published within the past 24 hrs, even though some of these messages may have already been delivered ?
