Problems using JMS over the internet.

Besides proxy problems, is there any other known difficulties of using JMS over the internet?

JMS - IBM MQSeries implementation does not work over the internet, just wondering if JBoss implementation doesn't have this problem.

Hello, I am new to MQSeries. Why doesn't it work over the internet? Can you point me to papers that discuss this?
