    Is JBossMQ Production Quality?

    stng

I'm curious as to the status of JBossMQ. The website (http://www.jboss.org/developers/projects/jboss/jbossmq.jsp) notes that it is only in alpha status and that it supports JMS 1.0.2b. JBossMQ works decently in my tests and even seems to be JMS 1.1 compliant, but I'd like to hear from everyone else as to whether JBossMQ is production quality yet.

      Thanks in advance!

btw, the link in body of the projects page for JBossMQ has the wrong extension (.php instead of .jsp).

          The web-site is always out-of-date,
its even worse at the moment since Marc
flitered with Nukes for a couple of weeks.

In this case it is wrong by a year.

The alpha status is for the standalone jbossmq
released about a year ago. There have been no
          further releases of jbossmq standalone.

Yes jbossmq is 1.1 now, there are somethings jbossmq
doesn't support. Like clustering and flow control.

jbossmq had a memory leak problem prior to
          jboss-3.0.4

          Regards,
          Adrian

            Cool, thanks for the info!

It's hard to believe that the web site could fall more out of date than it was before. ;)
