DurableSubscription example causes OutOfMemory erro

Hi:

I took the Topic publisher and durable topic subscriber examples out of the jboss book, attempted to run them all night but to my surprise in the morning JBoss had crashed with an OutOfMemory error.

The publisher was publishing quite slowly, 1 time every 3 seconds. the durable subcriber was consuming the messages immediately.

Has anyone else run into this?

You probably haven't changed the message cache
high/max settings.

The default Sun JVM sets max memory to 64M
but the message cache is set to soften messages
to disk between 500 and 600M

Which book did you get a durable topic subscriber from? I've been looking for such an example as my MDB has run into some problems when I tried to make it durable. Thanks in advance for the pointer.
