Alternate JBossMQ instance - same topic

Hi,

Is there a way, once the JBossMQ that put a message
on a topic is down, for another JBossMQ to retrieve
those messages?

There seems to be something preventing this.

My JBoss version is 3.0.7_jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24...
