1. Re: Connecting clients to DurSubs
nphelps Aug 25, 2003 11:32 PM (in response to hergaty)If you're using 3.2, take a look at the jbossmq-service.xml file... there is an interceptor, ClientReconnectInterceptor, that is commented out which is designed to address this issue. It isn't the ideal behavior in most cases, but I think it meets your requirements exactly.

hergaty Aug 29, 2003 9:38 AM (in response to hergaty)Thank you very much,
you're right, the description says that it exactly meets my requirements, but it still doesn't work. I still get the exception, that I'm already connected to the server with that clientID.
What about the new implementation of JMS in JBoss 4. Is it completly new? Is it better?

adrian.brock Aug 29, 2003 2:01 PM (in response to hergaty)Try using UIL2 it has a read-time out parameter
for detect vanishing clients.
The same has been added to OIL in 3.2.2RC3

hergaty Aug 30, 2003 8:34 AM (in response to hergaty)Hi Adrian,
thanks for your reply. I'll try UIL2, but I'm using JBoss 3.2.0. Should I use it with or without the ClientReconnectInterceptor?
