XAConnectionFactory not bound on shutdown

With JBoss 3.0.7 I defined custom JMS connection
factories via the attached xml. Everything runs ok,
but when I shut down JBoss I get exception traces reporting "XAConnectionFactory not bound" (the trace is attached). So a couple of questions:

1. Does this message at shutdown indicate that
something is configured incorrectly?

2. How can I stop the shutdown message from occuring?

You have multiple connection factories bound in the same
jndi location.
Only the last to bind will work.
The first service to stop will unbind, any others will fail.
