ajax4jsf onchange event doesnt reRender Textfield

When the page loads the textfield is disabled i.e. non-editable. It should be editable only thru onchange event of other component
Here is the snippet

I love the situation. I have answered this question three times for last two days and wrote and huge explanation for future richfaces-demo why it should not work in JSF by definition.
