I have an application that sends a message to another application. They will be in different hosts but by the moment I´m trying the 2 applications in my machine. If I use the following code I can get the connection factory :

I get the following code :

at java.net.DatagramSocket.receive(DatagramSocket.java:671)

I cannot do this ?

The error says there is no jnp (jboss naming) running at the url provided

hi adrian,
I notice that most the example is using 1099 as the port number? Can i know where do we specify the port number in JBoss Server?

In my uil2-service.xml, i notice this
8093
which i assume this should be the port number where the client should connect to? am i rite?
