network failure

In case of a network failure, does JBOSS server manage the fact that the network is back.
I mean on the client side we have an ExceptionListener which manage the reconnection in a case of network failure.
but if for e.g: the server is disconnected of the network then pluggins again Do we have to restart JBOSS in order to reinitialize it or everything is already manage?

Provided your server sockets are in tact, you do not need to reboot jboss.
Of course, if you use dhcp and get assigned a new ip address for the server you do.
