TimerService exception in MDB

I have an MDB that I'm trying to have implement TimedObject but when the bean instance is created I'm getting this exception message:

Cannot obtain inMethodFlag for: getTimerService

I noticed in the FAQ something about JBoss 4.0 not using the 2.1 EJB spec for JMS andd tried uncommenting the commented out message-driven-bean config in standardjboss.xml but I'm still getting this error.

Thanks for any pointers as to what would cause this error.

Can you create a bug report on sourceforge with a sample mdb deployment causing this problem?

Although you should have been able to access the TimerService from within ejbCreate, the rest of the example is invalid as you are not allowed to create timers from within ejbCreate. An ejb timer currently has to be create via a business method invocation.
