how to reRender whole region or form

Hi,
I would like my ajax response to update all form components ( or a specific region ) with out specifying a list in the rerender attribute of a4j:support.

I am not sure how to do it.
Can someone Help here ?

Wrap the content you need to a4j:outputPanel and update it.
