avtually i have to place this code some where
i dont have idea where to place it or not

Cross posting just means you are going to be ignored.

But if you try reading the docs/examples you'll probably notice why
your jndi name is incorrect and hence is not found.
Reading the jndi faq will also help in debugging in case you are adverse to docs.
