Problem Using t:inputFileUpload with a4j:CommandButton

Hi All,

I am trying to use the file upload and I am submitting the form using a4j:commandButton But I am geeting null in the fileupload value in the managed bean.

Can Anyone suggest me the solution..(My form is already using enctype attribute)
