My application's war not found in EAR

I'm running a J2EE application on JBoss 4.0.3SP1 using a standalone EAR containing 5 WARs, but JOPR sees only 3 of the WARs. The most important one, myApplication.war, doesn't appear in JOPR's Inventory. Yet myApplication.war is very similar in structure to myOtherApplication.war which does appear in the Inventory list.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

We use the following mbean filter to find embedded wars

jboss.management.local:J2EEApplication="yourEAR",J2EEServer=Local,j2eeType=WebModule,*

(without the quotes around yourEAR)

It sounds like not all of your WARs match that filter.

We have a similar problem with JBoss EAP 4.3.0.GA.

A few of our embedded WAR's never arrive in the server inventory.

The agent debug output shows, that the agent discovered the service correctly:

seems to be the distributable tag in web.xml causing the problem

I will investigate this.

Does the war file correctly deploy in jboss as and just not show up in Jopr ?

yes it is only a Jopr server problem.
