ips Jun 18, 2009 12:58 PM (in response to viniciuscarvalho)Hi, response time collection is disabled by default on the Jopr end. To enable it for a particular WAR, in the Jopr GUI, go to the WAR Resource's Monitor>Configure tab and enable the HTTP Response Time metric, then go to the WAR Resource's Inventory>Connection tab and make sure the path to the RT logfile is correct. Send some test requests to some URLs corresponding to the WAR. After a few minutes, you should see some RT data on the Monitor>Response Time tab.

Sorry, I could not find this tab...
Here's what I've done to locate it:
Resources -> Services -> View: WebApplication (WAR)
Then I clicked on the desired war to get the metrics
Available tabs are: Summary, Monitor, Inventory, Alert, Operations, Content
There's no configure tab. I tried each of the main tabs, and on the monitor tab, there's no configure subsection as well, under monitor available options are: Graphs, Tables, Traits, Availability, Schedules and Response
I was used to the old JON interface, this one is much better, no question about it, but I'm still a little bit lost. Where else should I look at? -

5. Re: Response times not being collected
mazz Jun 18, 2009 1:49 PM (in response to viniciuscarvalho)ips refers to the "Monitor>Configure" sub tab (its under the Monitor main tab).
Actually, in Jopr 2.2, I think its called "schedules" now - Monitor->Schedules.
The thing you are doing here is enabling the monitoring metric for the measurement that produces the response time data. -
