Finalizing EJB3 Metrics

I've committed into Branch_5_x:

This should define the integration contract between EJB3 and the Jopr requirements. As it stands, I believe everything should be addressed, though we've discussed metamappings need to be done for the invocation statistics. I still don't have a concrete requirement for this aside from "make it mappable", so the test case above is where we should define what's expected.

After everything passes in Branch_5_x I will port to JBPAPP_5_0 and trunk.

BTW, I've fixed the console in Branch_5_x:
