I didn't even know it existed until your question :-)
An MBeanProxy and an MBean are two different things.
The ServiceProxy is an MBeanProxy (not part of the spec)
It lets you talk to an MBean using its interface like
any other java object.
In fact the proxy routes the request through the
MBeanServer in true JMX dynamic fashion.
An MBean lives on the far side of the server and does
the opposite. It is invoked by the MBeanServer to
access the real resource, in this case a JBoss Service.
