3.0.0RC1 and the missing org.jboss.utils.Service interface

So I see the org.jboss.utils.Service interface is gone and a jboss-jsr77.jar file has appeared in the std libs. I can only assume this means 3.0 has moved to J2EE Managed Objects.

Is the porting process from 2.4.x as easy as implementing the org.jboss.management.j2ee.StateManageable interface, in place of the Service interface?

It is now called
org.jboss.system.Service
and
org.jboss.system.ServiceMBeanSupport

The jboss micro-kernel "jboss-system" has been separated
from the EJB server.
