XMLMetaData class has Crimson parser dependency

Hi,

I am trying to use JMX implementation seperately from JBoss (As a part of the strategy we are switching to JMX first and then to JBoss in future)

Problem that I encoutner is XMLMetaData class implemtation in JBoss groups implementation of JMX has hardcoded crimson class which forces one to also have crimson.jar in the classpath. We are using xerces as a XML compiler.

Can someone fix it so that JMX implentation dependency for crimson is removed ? the code writer has FIXME FIXME in the java source to fix it sometime later since long time !!

yeah I'll fix the FIXME when I move around in that part of the code again.

The crimson dependencies should be gone now.

The parser is picked by default based on JAXP settings. Please let me know if you have any problems with this.
