1. Re: Custom MBean for connector lifecycle
adrian.brock Sep 3, 2002 11:13 AM (in response to glenc)Where did you put my-service.xml?
Can you show it?
You should have something like
class MyCustomMBean
extends org.jboss.system.ServiceMBeanSupport
implements MyCustomMBeanMBean
where
interface MyCustomMBeanMBean
extends org.jboss.system.Service
Your naming convention is a bit ugly :-)

3. Re: Custom MBean for connector lifecycle
adrian.brock Sep 4, 2002 8:48 AM (in response to glenc)First,
A standard mbean defined in class Xxxxx must
implement an interface called XxxxxMBean
So in your case the interface name should be
RWServiceMBeanImplMbean
Second,
did you deploy the code
(the jar file containing the classes)?
I guess it is waiting for the class to be deployed?
From 3.0.1, JBoss will list on the console
services waiting for missing classes at the end of each
deployment phase.
There are some listWaiting operations on
the jboss.server:service=MainDeployer MBean
if you look at
http://127.0.0.1:8082
or
http://127.0.0.1:8080/jmx-console
