can't deploy from remote?

I want deploy an EJB jar file which on localhost(this jar file is not on this remote host).
when i deploy it to localhost,it success,but when i deploy it to remote host, it failure.

i use jboss3.0.0

I've resolve it.
It needs startup a web server on localhost, put the jar file to the web server's directory, then use "http://path/filename" as parameter , invoke "undeploy" or "deploy" of the MainDeployer on remote host.
