Deploy failure

I use MainDeployer to deploy "http://127.0.0.1:8080/myEJB.jar",it return failure,but it appear an item of domain "jboss.j2ee" on "http://localhost:8082".
I use method "isDeployed" to test whether is the JAR file deployed,it return false.

How can i deploy the EJB JAR file successfule?

also i can't find the JAR file in %JBOSS_HOME%\server\default\deploy and %JBOSS_HOME%\server\all\deploy

when deploy use MainDeployer from "http://localhost:8080/",it throw an Exception:

The MBean [jboss.system:service=MainDeployer] throws an MBeanException when calling [deploy]:
org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: error in create of EjbModule: http://127.0.0.1:8080/sunflow/LocalModule.jar; - nested throwable: (javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: HASessionState not bound)

It sounds like something to do with clustering?

Are you starting jboss with
run.sh -c all

You might be better asking in the clustering forum,
but please provide more info.
