How to test the presence of an EJB?

I have an ear deployed and i would like to know if it's possible to test its presence in an other ear.

Else is there a way to have a list of the ear deployed on Jboss in an other ear???

Use JSR77

jboss.management.single:J2EEServer=single,j2eeType=Application,name=my.ear

or you can just ask the MBeanServer

if (server.isRegistered(new ObjectName("the name above")))
