How can I write a simple deplyment descriptor which just stores some String values in JNDI.
I I can only retrieve them through some java code is ok, but I need a deployment descriptor which can be copied as is (without enclosing in a jar). This would make life a lot easier to store configuration differences between systems which are otherwise identical.
Is this possible?
Thanks for the help,
Joachim
write an mbean that binds your stuff to JNDI,
new InitialContext().bind("Stuff");
and deploy it as a xxx-service.sar
expose "stuff" as an mbean attribute and you got your config done as a SAR deployment descriptor
