jar urls as codebase in jboss-service.xml

Seems like a URL that digs into a jar file using the scheme proposed by java.net.JarURLConnection is not supported as a codebase for classpath in jboss-service.xml.



errors out saying ""No lister class defined for protocol jar".

Did anyone succeed in such usage? If not, is there a workaround other than copying the dependant jar files to a custom location or worse, to ${jboss.server.base.url}.

If you deploy your SAR after my.ear you should have a visibility to its classes without declaring the codebase attribute.
