duplicate notification

I have a annonying problem.
When I register some mbean on MBeanServer with client management program,
my client management program would receive duplicate MBeanServerNotification(REGISTRATION_NOTIFICATION) sometimes, especially under mutliple clients environment.

I have no idea how to debug.

sorry,
what I have mean duplicate notification is that I will receive two the same MBeanServerNotification(REGISTRATION_NOTIFICATION) notification from MbeanServer
