startup class in Jboss 3.2.5

I have a startup class implemented in JMX. It runs well in JBOSS 3.0.4. Once I switch to JBoss 3.2.5, it doesn't start up after jboss server starts. I got "INIT_WAITING_DEPLOYER" error. What should I change on my code? Do you have some examples for jboss 3.2.5?
