slackware linux install

Hello all,

I have successfully built and installed Jboss-2.4.3 on slackware linux 8.0 and when i run it everything works, but I don't get a command prompt after it begins its services, it just hangs... is this normal? If I try to ctrl c for a new prompt it shuts down jboss...Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Yes, this is normal.

If you want your command prompt back append an &
you'll still get a tonne of messages on your terminal
though.
