1. Re: Error reading project file, trying to build JBoss 3.0
adrian.brock Jan 2, 2002 1:29 PM (in response to terry_ray)Hi,
The build works differently on 3.0
Do the following:
cd build
./build.sh or .\build.bat

2. Re: Error reading project file, trying to build JBoss 3.0
terry_ray Jan 3, 2002 1:24 PM (in response to terry_ray)Thanks. I did try running the build\build.bat (I'm running on Win2K) and I got 64 errors during the compile_classes target. Most of the errors appear to be 'cannot resolve symbol' on things such as IpAddress, J2EEManagement, JDBCConnectionPool and others.
I'm using the Sun JDK 1.3.1 and the ant that came with JBoss. If no one else is having this problem, it must just be something wrong with my environment. Thanks.

osesmdotcom Jan 7, 2002 9:59 AM (in response to terry_ray)This sounds familiar:
try running "chmod +x tools/bin//ant* `find . -maxdepth 2 -name build.sh`" -
