Error reading project file, trying to build JBoss 3.0

I just updated my 3.0 installation from CVS and I started getting an error from ant when I try to build:

Buildfile: build.xml

BUILD FAILED

Error reading project file

ant works fine on other build.xml files, including the 2.4.3 source. I've tried using the version of ant that is packaged with JBoss, but I get the same result. Any hints? Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

The build works differently on 3.0

Do the following:
cd build
./build.sh or .\build.bat

Thanks. I did try running the build\build.bat (I'm running on Win2K) and I got 64 errors during the compile_classes target. Most of the errors appear to be 'cannot resolve symbol' on things such as IpAddress, J2EEManagement, JDBCConnectionPool and others.

I'm using the Sun JDK 1.3.1 and the ant that came with JBoss. If no one else is having this problem, it must just be something wrong with my environment. Thanks.

try running "chmod +x tools/bin//ant* `find . -maxdepth 2 -name build.sh`"

Windows doesn't have chmod ;).
