memory grows up

I have an application that is running within JBoss with Tomcat. The problem is that memory grows up after few hours and the jvm goes to Out Of Memory. I need to know if there something to configure related on that. I don't think that only the application has problem, maybe is a bad configuration and management of JBoss.
Please help. I need to know if there is something I can configure for having a good use of memory.

I have JBoss 2.4.1 with Tomcat 3.2.3
