how to run petstore 1.22. on jboss 2.4.4

I am running jboss244+tomcat401. Trying out the JPS installation as mentioned in the pdf I bought from flashline. Where is the file jboss-jps-patch.zip? I couldn't find it with the examples download. It is not the same file as jps112-01.zip available on jboos.org. I guess I get jboss-jps-patch.zip on the CD only if I buy the printed version of the book. If anybody has successfully implemented JPS, please let me know how to do it.

I used petstore 1.1.2 jps-1_1_2.zip, applying: jps112-01.zip
and adding fix from jimmya
