application deployment

Hi there,
I am using Jboss 2.2.4 with tomcat3.0. I have successfully deployed my entire allplication with .ear file.
But, how do I deploy the application on Jboss3.0 with tomcat4.0? Where to take datadase connection which we take in jboss.jcml in jboss2.2.4?
