How to configure IIS and JBoss

I am using JBoss 2.4.4 and I need to configure it with IIS.
I first tried configuring Catalina (which comes bundled with JBoss) and IIS and that configuration worked fine.
Once I tested that the IIS / Catalina setup was working, I deployed the application in JBoss and tried to start jboss with catalina (run_with_catalina.bat). This did not work.
Am I missing something here. Any help on this front will be greatly appreciated.

well okay, that depends on how you tried to configure with jboss. How did it fail? what error messages did you get?
