jboss3.0.0 fails startup on dual cpu machine

We are trying to get jboss3.0.0 to startup successfully for one of our clients on a dual cpu pentium running win2000, jdk1.4. We verified that the jboss server configuration we are using works fine on a single cpu machine. The log is attached. Any help would be much appreciated as we are trying to upgrade from jboss 2.4 and have been running jboss 3.0.0 on our own single cpu server in development for a while.

I've never seen this particular error. Jboss 3.0.2 might work better.

I'd try starting jboss without the app in deploy, then deploying the app if jboss starts successfully.
