custom property file

Hi
I am using an old version of JBoss, jboss-tomcat-2.1-beta (jboss-2.1 with jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1). My question is: "Where should I put the "my.properties" file to be able to use it from both jsp files and EJB components too ?
