help :fail to startup the jboss server!

i download the jboss-3.0.4_tomcat-4.1.12, and install jdk1.4 and unpack the jboss zip package . set the JAVA_HOME and JBOSS_HOME ,when i startup, the log warning me show as following :

when i open a browser and visit the localhost:8080 and get a error message:

11:08:19,793 INFO [Engine] StandardHost[localhost]: MAPPING configuration error
for request URI /
