Setting classpath without start script

Hello,
I just want to deploy three EJBs (Session Beans) which need some 3rd party jars. I want to avoid changing the start script for JBoss or creating a new one. Is it possible to set the classpath while the EJBs are getting deployed?
I saw classpath definitions for Service MBeans in xml files. But I don't have a service.

Just drop your 3rd party jars in $JBOSS_HOME/server/<your-config>/lib (3.0) or
$JBOSS_HOME/lib/ext (2.4)
and they will be picked up.
